Write the indexing script `index_code.py`

This script will parse the codebase, generate vector representations for the code, and store them in TiDB.

Sample Outline:

• Parse the code files to extract functions, classes, and structures.
• Use an embedding model to convert code snippets into vectors.
• Store the vectors along with metadata (file path, line number) in TiDB.
