change jina embeddings to be optimized for code #31

Hey @afzal442, I'm trying to get anyscale hooked up to the backend, but it seems more complex than I presumed. This technology would help our queries respond faster, but I don't know if it is compatible with Streamlit.

For now, I have pushed this one line. I have tested the difference between using this embedding model and the base code v2 that we used before. This one gives significantly better results, but I've noticed longer wait times; it could be a coincidence.
