Possible SOLUTION for "Hanging" Loader #79

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Start the CBLoader on a System on Which it Hsngs open

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I have loaded the CBLoader over 20 times on my laptop, the laptop is older and 
has very little RAM. Up until now I have experienced the error wherein the 
loader 1. Would remain open while the builder was running 2. Closing the loader 
window would close the builder 3. After exiting the builder the loader would 
display a Debugging error that would reference the "Pipeline".

I decided to add the Loader to the Data Execution Prevention exception list. 
After doing so the loader ran/closed normally. Unfortunately, I cannot 
reproduce this because even after resetting the DEP list (and rebooting), the 
error no longer occurs, but I thought it worth posting.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
