Superior Implement (Totem) Issue #87

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Using Superior Implement Training (Totem Accuracy) feat.
2. Have an Superior Implement, Accurate Totem unequipped.
3. Look at character sheet, click 'Options' -> 'Show All Weapons...'

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Looking at the power cards, the accurate implement is listed but does not 
include the +1 to attack roll bonus from Superior Implement Training.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

CBLoader v1.3.0, Windows 7 32-bit

This issue is similar to Issue 83.  I was able to workaround it by equipping 
the totem.  The properties of my ranged weapon are shown correctly in the all 
weapons list for each power card.
