What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Copied the Wotc Everything
2.started the CBLOADER
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Error log

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
V1.3.0 Windows XP

Please provide any additional information below.

Also receiving this error v1.3.0 using Win7 64bit

Errors Encountered While Loading. Would you like to open the log file? (y/n)

The 4 files that are supposed to be created, are not being created. Hence them 
returning null. Running as administrator does not work, the files are still 
just not there.
