Remove integration with example-clients and tools #112

Remove git submodules for example-clients and tools (they are now tracked in jack-example-tools). Remove all build system integration for example-clients and tools and their respective dependencies. Remove all documentation and man pages that reference example-clients and tools or are now tracked by jack-example-tools.

I can squash it, but I would like to point out that potentially additional work needs to be done to take care of retaining the current state of the documentation (if so desired): https://github.com/jackaudio/jack1/pull/112/commits/a5175a2e0ffad420eea28651a06819475568abd6

Additionally, I believe it would be wise to first release the pending header changes and then do a second release with the files removed: https://github.com/jackaudio/jack1/issues/109#issuecomment-1004293147

I disagree, the less time spent on jack1 the better. Let's get this over with so we move on with other things.
