Fix configure.ac checking for USE_MD5SUM #86

'configure.ac' generates 'configure' with invalid syntax, it is not allowed to test integer like this

Fixes following error in configure: ./configure: line 12026: 1: command not found

Since I dont really know how autoconf works, fixes are more than welcome. Thank you.
