order of agents assigned to accessions #288

I am cleaning up group agents for MVZ. In assigning multiple agents to an
accession, the order of the agent is alphabetical. However, often there is
a primary agent responsible for the accession. Allow order to be set for
agents in an accession - comparable to order of agents in group, or order
of agents as collectors.

p.s., sorting is alphabetical by first name, which is even more useless.

Seems a lot of work for very little benefit. DLM suggested solution: Create a 
new Role.
