dropdown values should match column names #582

In SpecimenResults.cfm, the values for "Order by" and "then order by," should
(as far as possible) match the names of the columns in the form. The
"scientific_name" versus "Identification" is the example that confused one user.

The sort list magics from the user-selected columns - it's the table that ya'll
have relabeled over the years. I can make them match, but we should revisit the
labels first.

"Identification" = current identification.scientific_name. Default=not in
control form. scientific_name in sort

sci_name_with_auth=Scientific Name - current identification using
taxonomy.display_name

id_history=all names+determiners+etc.

id_sensu - publication, but crappy label

identified_by - agent(s) - crappy label

any of that bother anyone?

So, we really need to look at everything that appears in "Customize Form,"
some of which are cryptic, indeed. Should we make a spreadsheet,
look-up-table sort of document?

I created a "display name" column and did a pass through. I could not
figure out some of them, others are obviously redundant. We should strive
for short names are self-explanatory to non-specialists.
