Can reach send coins screen when offline #24

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the app when offline
2. Notice that  balance is unknown and 'Send coins' button is disabled
3. Swipe the screen to the right and you can see Send coins screen

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I think send coins screen must not be available when offline

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.8.2b, Android 2.2.2 on HTC Desire
