Laboratory Total Issue #107

Dear Zafar,

We have observation on laboratory total amount issue in reports.

Steps:

First we needed to verify the Daily Revenue Summary amount total for laboratory 
on current date
so we executed 
1. Daily Revenue Detailed and 
2. Revenue Detailed by Date reports

in Daily Revenue Detailed amount is change
and in Revenue Detailed by Date Laboratory details are missing

then we executed Daily doctor Share Revenue Detailed with laboratory filter. 
which is showing same amount as per Daily Revenue Summary amount.

Latest database is uploaded on dropbox also
