Laboratory Reports showing wrong patient

in laboratory 2 patient have same case id.

Case id for both : 1-12-5-2014
Emr No. 97186 & Emr No. 112101 but

and in report manager when we see report for 97186 then it is showing
emr no. 112101 report.
