Setup page from start #43

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I have configure the configuration page.php as explained 
2. when loading the page and and clicked at easy appoitment button, no action 
after this

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

no action, the page stays as the same

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest version from this download site
