What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Make An Appointment
2. Cancel an Appointments-backend
3. Reschedule an appointment-backend
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The outcome is where the client should be recieveing an email, but there is no
issue being displayed and the provider receives an email.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

The provider recieves an email, but the client does not.
