won't close even when exit is selected from menu #101

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.it will not close no matter what I do.
2.I have to turn off my phone to close it. Then if I go back in to the audio, 
it stats open until I turn the phone off again.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
App should close when exit is selected from the menu. It stays open until the 
phone is shut off instead.
Please include the following info:
Phone model? LG Optimus S
Android Version?
ROM?

If possible, provide a logcat of the issue:
If you get a Force Close do an: adb logcat

Please provide any additional information below.
