the 2 small timers don't animate on Galaxy S3 #142

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.set the timer on the bottom 2 smaller timers. 
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?you think the 2 small 
timers don't work. 

Please include the following info:
Phone model?Samsung galaxy S3
Android Version?jelly bean
ROM?kitchen timer

If possible, provide a logcat of the issue:
If you get a Force Close do an: adb logcat

Please provide any additional information below.
