Led notification not working #89

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When a timer reaches zero, the led won't light.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The led should light using the color I chose, instead nothing happened.

Please include the following info:
Phone model? Galaxy s3 brasilian
Android Version? 4.0.4
ROM? Original 

If possible, provide a logcat of the issue:
If you get a Force Close do an: adb logcat

Please provide any additional information below.
