Display pre-sets on the initial screen #95

It would be good if there was an option to display the saved pre-sets on the 
first screen that is displayed (so we could just press one of the pre-sets and 
start counting it).

Also, if possible, an option to automatically start a count down when opening 
the program (by using a saved pre-set or by using a pre-defined time).
