Working day feature like Whole day feature #150

A workingday is defined in the User calendar preferences as Start / Stop 
worktime.
This should be extented so that minutes are allowed.
Weekview wil then show the working day in the background.
A new appointment should allow for a WorkDay flag (as WholeDay) to defined set 
the start/stop to the predefined workingday.

Hi bob,
you can easily achieve this behavior by selecting the whole day checkbox and 
than unselecting it again.
