Up to now the jnlp file is created on the fly without using a template. 
Changing e.g. some attributes for installation, it requires rebuilding rapla 
itself. Since customization is helpful we would like to use a template which 
can be changed be administrators running rapla. We suggest to use a template 
language e.g. as velocity. This could also be used to create the html exports.
