Your "Steps to Setup" Aren't Xcode 4 Friendly #20

This might be a simple problem, but your "step 2 and 3" don't seem to be xcode 
4 friendly. There is no "Project" menu, and I'm quite confused as to where to 
go to fix those problems. Maybe I'm just missing something painfully obvious.
