Create link between an individual enrolled in a training, to that individual's details

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Manage Training/ Courses/
2.Click on the "enrolled participant" tab. 
3.Highlight a training-
4. The panel below displays all individuals enrolled for the selected training.
5. Click on one of the trained individuals

What is the expected output? 

The above action should show you the individuals details 
-i.e. Clicking on a trained individual should display the page evoked when the 
following path is navigated: "Manage people/people management/ " 
under the "search for person" tab select the individual and click "show details"

What do you see instead?
nothing
