Create link between an individual enrolled in a training, to that individual's details

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Manage Training/ Courses
2. click the Enrolled participants tab
3.Select and click on a training that has people enrolled into it

Outcome:
The system displays a list of the participants who have attended that 
particular training.

Enhancements requested

The list of the participants is displayed in a tabular format under the 
headings: first name, surname, action plans, evaluation.....etc
Next to each individual the should be a "show details" link the one found in 
"Manage people/people management list people tab  "
