Account Sync Options #176

Add some sync options (preferences) to the applications:
# Confliction resolution: client or server. This defines if a sync conflict 
occurs who should win
# Sync interval: every hour, every two hours,... till once a day
# Backup before syncing

Also add this option:
# Only sync on wifi, should be true by default!

only available if the sync interval is set to 24 hours
