Start and end TR with the Geo Fences from the Play Services #246

Use the Google Play Services and Geo Fences to determine when a TR should be 
started.
Should contain an overview-map with all the fences and an add/edit screen.
When a fence is entered a TR should be started, when a fence is left the TR 
should be ended...
