Allow control from external applications #271

First of all I'd to express my gratitude for this app, it works very well.
Now to my feature request: I'd love to be able to control my worktime 
recordings from within another application, for example Llama. This way I can 
use an application targeted to detecting things like location to control 
worktime.

The case at hand is I want to control worktime by using NFC tags, simply 
touching the tag would then open the "time_registration_action_dialog". Or have 
project specific NFC tags that would directly start/stop a specific task.

So if either Worktime would allow from outside control or would support NFC 
tags would be very sweet.
