CsipSimple - unable to hear the voice #2706

i install the CsipSimple application and config with ext id and password , but 
i can macke the call , but i can't hear the voice the from both end. i am using 
vodafone network and i'm facing the issue.

but try to check with other n/w operator like bsnl, airtel it working fine .

what s the problem ?

i am using two devices,

Android 4.2 in samsung
iphone 4S- version 7

It usually helps to find out what is wrong when getting problems with audio :)
