[Enhancement] better address book lookup #2908

I have to know the exact beginning of a phone number, otherwise I will not get
the right suggestions from address book.

If I have saved a phone number like +49 178 559nnnn I would love it to see that
I can type 0178 or 178 or just 559 to get some suggestions containing these
numbers.

The stock dialer of my Note 4 can partially handle this. It can't differ
between country code formats like '+49 178', '0049 178' or '0 178', but it can
do an partially lookup for addresses containing the typed numbers for the rest
of the number.
