What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Place a SIP call or enter audio test mode
2. Speak
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Even though other apps use the microphone just fine, CSipSimple won't.
What version of the product are you using? On what device / operating
system?
Latest CsipSimple from f-droid, running CM 12 on LG G2 mini
Please provide any additional information below.
Have tried pretty much all combinations of options related to audio. In audio
test mode, the result is either silence (and empty bar) or horrible noise that
changes slightly depending on echo cancellation algo, media quality.
I do not think that this is a network issue, but rather something with how the
program uses the microphone. Otherwise 'Audio Test' would work.
Would you kindly have any suggestion?
