"Selected network route not allowed" when connecting from public WiFi #2934

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. CSipSimple works from my home network, based upon the Fritz!Box 7490 router.
2. At WiFi networks away from home I get "Selected network route not allowed" 
when attempting to use proxy server or VPN to reach Fritz!Box.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    That I can use CSipSimple to connect to my home network from distant WiFi

What version of the product are you using? On what device / operating
system?
    version 1.02.03 (Android) on Nexus 4 phpone

Please provide any additional information below.
    I am using a proxy address to MyFritz.
