App crashes with "Allowed to use mobile" checked #2949

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download and start app.
2. Check "Allowed to use mobile"
3. Crashes with "Unfortunately, CSipSimple has stopped"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Also, notifies that "Selected network route not allowed with current settings" 
and never connected to network.

What version of the product are you using? On what device / operating
system?
Latest version 1.02.03, ASUS Transformer pad K013

Please provide any additional information below.
Problem does not appear if "Allowed to use mobile" is unchecked. FYI. Linohone 
works fine on the same device with similar network settings (3G, no WiFi).
