CSIPSimple hungs with a Terrasip account if STUN is not enabled #959

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Disable STUN
2. Configure a Terrasip (terrasip.com) account [1]
3. Try to activate the Terrasip account.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected: account registration.

I See: In the accounts menu you see the Terrasip account saying 
"Registering...". After a few seconds the phone vibrates a couple of times and 
Android says CSIPSimple is hung and offer to kill the app. As soon as 
CSIPSimple is restarted, it tries to connect and hungs again.

To recover, I switch off wifi and GPRS, start CSIPSimple, disable Terrasip 
account and connect wifi again.

If stun server is enabled (I use stunserver.org) Terrasip account registers OK.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.

I have two additional accounts configured (iptel.org and diamondcard.us) that 
works fine with or without stun server enabled.

Can you send me logs? (I guess you already found the UI to collect logs ;) ).

Hi!

I set log level to 5 and started recording logs before activating the
Terrasip account, but all that was collected is what I already
included in the report.

If there is a place in the filesystem or another method to collect
more detailed logs I will be happy to help.

In fact in the mail that csipsimple tries to send there is an attached file. If 
you send the mail I'll probably recieve the file attached.
However, another solution would be :
Press send the logs.
Do nothing with the ongoing mail (just switch to some app that allow you to 
explore filesystem), and search in folder CSipSimple/logs on your sdcard.

I cannot reproduce this bug anymore with the last version from the nightlies 
builds. Currently I am using CSIPSimple 0.02-02 r906 from the ginger repository:
