Changes:

migrated from Netlify to Cloudflare Pages
tell Cloudflare Pages to use Node.js 16.16.0 using a .nvmrc file (I tried 18.5.0, but Cloudflare Pages supports only up to Node.js 17.x at the moment)
add eleventy-plugin-telegram
add eleventy-plugin-text-to-speech
update dependencies
