Migrate to Devenv, keep content outside of this repo, update IndieAuth discovery mechanism

I made several important changes with this PR:

• Migrated to devenv (replaced flake.nix with devenv.nix and added a few git pre-commit hooks).
• Moved most content (e.g. articles, notes) to the separate repository giacomodebidda-content and pull that content in using git-subrepo.
• Add Link header to instruct the IndieAuth discovery mechanism where to find the IndieAuth Server Metadata.
• Migrated from Cloudflare Pages GitHub Action to Wrangler GitHub Action.
