please add the tutorial #43

Where is a tutorial, its need to rails junior, Google is not helping

Great suggestion; unfortunately I don't have the time. I'd be happy to merge any example pull requests though!

I just built acts_as_commentable into a Rails 4 app and it may have been a touch different from what is currently there. I'll try to remember to do this if I have a chance.
