A lore-friendly mod for Fallout 4 that incorporates power armor sets made by other modders into the game, distributing them to enemies, vendors, and as legendary drops.
The perk requirements currently aren't shown in-game when using the PARTS patcher. To make this visible, I can probably:
Make a plugin that contains dummy items for each required perk
Make these items into component requirements alongside the perk requirement
Add a new scripted perk that adds a bunch of these items for every perk the player has when they enter furniture and removes them when they leave furniture
