show structure: tease #1

add a Tease to the beginning of the show.

I've seen this on the shows on the TWIT Network, watch the first 15 seconds of http://twit.tv/show/tech-news-today/686

they are recording the tease right at the end of the show, so they already know all the puns and stories they talked about (you might cover the things you prepared, but no one stays on topic). With the magic of editing :tophat: it's then at the start of the podcast.

so 15 seconds into the show I know if the discussion is interesting to me, especially if I'm a subscriber and don't even look at the description
