The fit.py script is done and functioning. Some redundant imports have been deleted from the Imports.py file and a few functions fixed. Obsolete but good for reference fitting scripts have been put in the archive folder.

Can we remove the .pyc file at the end?

Another candidate for the gitignore?

Agreed - remove the .pyc (no binary files on github). Otherwise looks OK afais!

There's two .pyc in pycache folder which need to be removed

Actually Jonas is right - these are removed.
