At the moment - very manual - with lots of commented out options/lines

We could do with:-

Splitting the main plotting functionalities out in to a seperate piece of code
Handling adding sWeights friend trees for the situations that need it
Tidying up the existing script
Remove functionality that is not required for our day to day use but
Keeping that in a seperate place

We should consider if we want to snakemake this
