New Shared folder for the plots #74

As Jacco said, it might be best to create a new shared folder to start 'clean' without any permission issues. And need to make sure all scripts take the directories from the Imports.py file.

These files have hardcoded references to "/data/bfys/jdevries/LcAnalysis_plots/" :

analysis/Scripts/snakefile
analysis/Scripts/Universal_comparison.py
analysis/Scripts/NaiveYieldPlot.py

[x] @FelixRitter3110 - Update files above- connect them to imports.py - can snakefile read from imports.py?
[x] @cpawley to make a new shared folder
[x] @cpawley to ensure permissions correct at beginning(!)
[x] Someone to inventorise what is in LcAnalysis_Plots and what we need to re-produce (make new to-do list in another issue?)
[x] Someone to update imports.py with new path
[x] Someone (?) to update bash script in Overleaf to the new folder (to copy the plots into the ANA)
[ ] Someone (@jackfrost373 to delete old folder)

Then when this is done, we need to re-run some parts of the snakemake to recreate what we lose by deleting this folder
