Statistics filter on chart #175

When swipe the statistics it would be nice to "lock" a selected view or scroll 
position so the different levels can be compared more easily.

It is possible to do so for the statistics activity as all pages  have the 
exact same structure. However it would be logical to expect same functionality 
for the archive. The archive pages however do not have the excact same 
structure for each page.
