Unable to add valid web link #18

input: 贴吧.公司 expected: it is a valid web link as it will directs you to web https://tieba.baidu.com/index.html actual: reported as a invalid format error image.png

a valid web link in chinese is not accepted and supported as valid link input.

This bug was reported during the Part II (Evaluating Documents) stage of the PE. This is clearly not related to the quality of the documentation.

Reason for disagreement: It was NOT marked as a Documentation bug.

When given a valid input for link that follows the specifications mentioned in error message, the application should process it properly and saves it as a valid link. However, the application rejects the whole command, possibly due to overzealous guarding.

However, it should be marked as a Functionality Bug instead as the application fails on a possibly valid command as it fits with the criteria of Behavior is not specified and differs from normal expectations.
