Spell/ Class feature / trait where you can change being charmed for being frightened

These could be two parts of one spell

aka:

Trust Issues

Starting at xth, your paranoia can overcome your trust. While you are charmed, you can use a bonus action to instead become frightened by the target you were charmed by. If an additional effect depends on you being charmed, such as with the dominate person spell, it no longer works on you. The frightened condition lasts the same duration as the charmed condition would have.

Submit to Fear

Starting at xth, you can become enamored by things that should terrify you. While you are frightened, you can use a bonus action to instead become charmed by the target you were frightened by. If an additional effect depends on you being frightened, such as with the fear spell, it no longer works on you. The charmed condition lasts the same duration as the frightened condition would have.

Fawn and Fear

1st/2nd level enchantment Casting Time: 1 bonus action Range: Touch/30 feet Components: V, S Duration: Instantaneous

You touch/choose a creature you can see within range that is subject to an effect that has charmed or frightened it. A charmed creature becomes frightened by whatever it was previously charmed by, and vice versa. If a creature is subject to multiple effect that have charmed or frightened it, you choose one effect to change. The new condition lasts for the same duration as the previous one would have. Any additional effects on the creature that are dependent on the condition, such as with the dominate person or fear spells, no longer work on the target.

maybe this should be a timed thing, like calm emotions

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, you can target one additional creature for each slot level above 1st. The creatures must be within 5/30 feet of each other when you target them.

Classes: bard, warlock
