Range: 90 feet
Components: V, M (a loose collection of hastly written notes)
Duration: Concentration, up to 8 hours

You might explain in depth academic subjects of history, politics, science or magic. You might enthuse at great length about the lore of your favorite fictional series. You might go into uncomfortable detail about personal or medical stories. Regardless, the topic must be one you know a great deal about and the creature must understand at least one language that you speak.
The creature must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a fail, the creature is subject to the following effects for the spell's duration:
The creature has disadvantage on Intelligence and Wisdom checks.
The creature has disadvantage on attack rolls against targets other than you.
The creature cannot concentrate on spells and effects.
On each of it's turns, the creature can take an action or bonus action, but not both.
If the creature starts its turn deafened, it can only hear you and takes 1d8 psychic damage.
If the creature takes damage, it can repeat the saving throw, removing the effects on a success. The spell also ends early if you are ever more than 90 feet from the target.
