Items that can be fused with sea vehicles and then used to transform it into a another ship

Ideas:

Ship Folder (Pocket)

wondrous item, rare

Over the course of an hour, this folding metal mechanism can be fused with a sea vehicle. The mechanism can be removed from the vehicle whilst it is in its original form over the course of an hour.

Thereafter, a creature can touch the vehicle over the course of a minute and transform the vehicle into one of the following; a tiny figurine in the creature's empty hand, or back into its original form. A creature can use another minute to transform it into another one of these forms in the same manner.

Whilst transforming, creatures on board the vehicle do not transform and appear in the nearest unoccupied space if they cannot fit on the vehicle's new form. Items that are not being worn or carried however, fuse into the vehicle's new form if there is no space for them.

When transforming the vehicle into another vehicle other than its original form, the DM decides the number and type of weapons its new form has, if any. If the vehicle's original form already has ship weapons, it will typically keep them if its new form is large enough. A small ship might typically have one weapon.
