Pass commands to the OS to notify that the Wifi/Mic/Camera has been disabled/enabled #2

The OS can then notify the user, or run the correct commands to pull the interface back online. The chip has a limited number of endpoints, so some features may need to be disabled to use a custom HID protocol, unless an existing one (consumer?) is used.
