Leafcutter Shiny App for Outlier Splicing? #16

Hello,

I wanted to use leafcutter to pick up novel transcripts from my RNA data. I could run leafcutter on my data, but when it came to analyzing and visualizing the data, the tutorial describes setup only for Differential Splicing output.

Since the outputs generated between Differential Splicing and Outlier Splicing are different, would it still be possible to visualize leafcutterMD data?

Hi there, that's a very interesting idea. If you're interesting in putting the code together we could add it as a feature to Leafviz. I don't have any time to spare for Leafviz development right now.
