Sorry to bother you, I am using kinect2, I don't know how kinect is linked ,I try to run talker ~/catkin_jaco/src/jaco_robot_arm_control/HandTrack$ rosrun beginner_tutorials talker 0 thank you so much for your suggestion

Sorry for my late response :). I have left the field of robotics for about two years, hope you have found answers elsewhere.
