Allow importing/exporting a follow list #101

A follow list is an h-feed of h-cards. A fun Indieweb way of sharing your channels.

I had thought about an export feature briefly, and then abandoned it because I decided it's not a feature I would use.

Suggestion: There should be a toggle to include/exclude feeds individually before exporting or importing.

Two potential avenues for exporting: 1) Generate HTML that can be copied to be published anywhere 2) Generate a 'following' page that pulls from the follow list so it's always up to date.
