Storage time limit editable per channel

This is a potential future feature.

Currently there is a storage time limit across all channels. It would be nice to be able to override this on a per-channel basis.

e.g. I might set a storage time limit of 14 days for all channels.

• e.g. I have a 'news' channel, which tends to have a lot of posts every day. Since I'm reading this to catch up on daily news, I might only want to store those feed items for a few days at a time. Conversely, if I have a feed of longer-form articles, I might want to store those for a much longer time.

(Noting this because I just opened my reader and realized I'm not interested in news posts from 10 days ago, but I am interested in older posts in other channels)
